Booking your service acknowledges you have understood and agreed to the below Terms and Conditions

APPOINTMENT DETAILS:

  • All makeup bookings will take 1 hour to complete, please allow yourself this full time. Some instances your appointment may be completed sooner

  • If you agree for your photo to be taken you consent that it may be posted on social media

  • Please understand due to limited space that you arrive to your appointment alone, if you must bring someone please limit to 1 person

DEPOSITS:

  • Makeup bookings are not confirmed without payment of your deposit

  • Makeup deposits are non-refundable or transferable to another person

CANCELLATIONS:

  • If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show, your deposit will not be refunded and you may not be booked in future

  • In a unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded

LATE ARRIVALS:

  • If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded

SICKNESS AND ALLERGIES:

  • If you arrive sick your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded

  • If you have symptoms please communicate this with me prior to your appointment

PRE - MAKEUP APPOINTMENT ADVICE:

  • Please cleanse and moisturise your skin the morning of your appointment

  • Exfoliate your skin 24-48 hours before your appointment

  • Please do not arrive with any makeup on

  • If you have a lash lift please note strip lashes will be unable to be applied however, you may be able to opt for individual lashes (depending on the curl of your natural lashes)

ADDITIONAL FEES:

  • Sunday’s and Public Holiday’s include an additional $10 fee
